||Far too often, legal managers focus their time and energy on proving that they're smart. They earn degrees and certifications, acquire and refine technical skills, and hope to be seen as experts. Being smart is important, but it's not all one needs to be successful and fulfilled. Having an understanding and connection to one's emotions and how to manage emotional reactions play a significant role in a person's effectiveness in their ability to lead and manage people and teams. Presented by David B. Sarnoff, Esq., ACC, Director of Strategic Partnerships and Executive Coach at Loeb Leadership.
