||Building Resiliency during this pandemic has taken these words to a whole new level. The session will examine the understanding and importance of resiliency in preventing and managing stress and will identify internal and external factors that support or interfere with resiliency.
The discussion will focus on the key attributes of a resilient person in the current situation, and will explore resources and support to build resiliency.
This session will be presented by Jeffrey Zink, a nationally syndicated speaker with more than 30 years of experience in launching new businesses, turnarounds, and business acceleration. Jeffrey started with YAHOO! shortly after its IPO launch in 1996 and served as the company’s Vice President. He has extensive experience in speaking to management and mid-level management and specializes in Communication Skills, Building Resiliency, Power of Positive Thinking, Conflicts in the Workplace, Management Skills, Motivations Skills, Leadership Skills, and developing new ways to work.
