In order for you to be the best you can be, your mental health needs to be able to thrive as much as possible. Many of us do not take the time to take care of ourselves mentally and don't understand that mental health is just as important as physical health. There can be a negative stigma around mental health; but, we want you to know we're here to help! Under the Resources tab, there's a page called "Mental Health Matters" and there, you will find many resources to help your mental health grow in positive ways. Everyone does not suffer the same way and every outlet is not the same and that is perfectly okay! We have also tailored specific mental health resources to specific groups such as: African American, Asian American, Pacific Islander, LGBTQ and much more! We're not ashamed of using the right tools to ensure out mental health is the best it can be and neither should you. We are all in this together and when you're mind becomes as strong as your body, you will be unbreakable!
