The Capital Chapter is proud to be a part of ALA's Community Challenge Weekend held in October of each year. Members and vendors join together for a day of community service with the Chapter's chosen charity for the year. The 2006 charity is Emmaus Services for the Aging with a "Feast for all market" theme.
