||Over the last couple of years we have been inundated with information on Diversity and Inclusion that has increased our awareness and awakened the need to effect real change and become a true ally for our community and for our organization. But how do we do it?
Presented by Joy Stephens of Loeb Leadership, this workshop will be a dynamic and insightful session centered around the journey to becoming fully inclusive and an effective ally in both in our daily lives as well as in our workspaces.
It will introduce you to new thinking and behaviors for leaning into becoming an effective ally by guiding you through a discussion on moving out of the Fear Zone, where people tend to avoid the issues of the day, into the Learning Zone, and finally to the Growth Zone, where people get comfortable having uncomfortable conversations. Each stage in the journey has actions and outcomes that will allow you to relate to and incorporate into your everyday life - pushing the boundaries towards becoming a true ally.
