Positioning Your Law Firm for the Future
Right now, law firm leadership teams are facing a unique and unprecedented set of pressures on their ever-evolving business models. Those that understand these complex dynamics and consider some successful responses used elsewhere will be much better positioned to create a tailored path forward for their firms and vastly increase their odds of passing the firm safely into its next generation.
Join us for a highly interactive discussion on each pressure, including a) changing buying patterns and expectations from clients, b) leadership succession, c) client transitions, d) working across generations, d) the quickly developing world/impact of artificial intelligence, and e) what the firm of the future will look like. From all of this information, you will be better prepared to drive internal discussions and develop impactful plans to address the most significant vulnerabilities in your firm.
* Understand the unique set of circumstances currently impacting the evolution of the legal marketplace
* Learn from others’ successful responses
* Avoid pitfalls by hearing about others’ mistakes
* Prepare attendees to lead serious, difficult, and necessary internal discussions
