Job Description:
Great VA satellite office of a DC based law firm is looking for a Records Coordinator to coordinate and oversee all records indexing and maintenance for the local office. Duties also include transferring records to offsite storage; filing old pleadings, classification of records, data entry, processing requests for labels, maintain case workroom inventories, assists in printing and assembly of electronic documents and other duties as assigned.
Ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of Records experience in a major law firm. Ability to work with professional staff on all levels as well as able to design workflow procedures. Must have prior experience working with a common records system programs as well as ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
