Prominent DC firm seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to deliver proactive coordinated and accountable marketing direction and support for the local and regional attorneys' marketing efforts. This individual will become familiar with the practice, clientele, sources of business and related resources for the assigned practice groups and teams; spearhead the development of the business plans, respond to RFP's, assist in the development of a budget for the practice groups, and develop and coordinate target mailings as necessary.

Ideal candidate must be a confident, strategic, results and detail oriented marketing professional with a bachelor's degree, plus 6 or more years of law firm or professional services marketing experience. Firm offers excellent benefits and competitive salaries commensurate with experience.
