Large law firm is looking for an Application Filing Department Coordinator to provide support to our expanding Application Filing Dept. This person will manage the day to day USPTO filings processed by the dept, train new members of the dept, review work product and coordinate workflow.

Must have detailed knowledge of the US patent and trademark requirements and proven competence in filing utility and design applications at the US PTO, etc. Must have a min of 5 years in Patent and Trademark prosecution support, in particular with new application filings and application formalities. Should have progressive administrative and supervisory experience. Salary is commensurate with experience. Excellent opportunity.
