The Edward P. Ross Education Scholarship supports members of the Capital Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators in their pursuit of further education as professional legal administrators. Ed was a long-term, active member of the Capital Chapter as well as Past President. During his leadership tenure, he avidly promoted education, but most importantly educational opportunities in legal administration.
The Capital Chapter is proud to honor Edward P. Ross with a scholarship that will cover expenses up to $2,500 for the scholarship winner to attend ALA's Chapter Leadership Institute (CLI) conference. Applicants must be a member of ALACC in good standing and have an interest in participating in Chapter leadership in the future (i.e., serving as a member of the Executive Committee or chair and/or co-chair a Chapter Community). Members who have won the scholarship in the last 5 years are ineligible to apply.
If you are interested in attending this year's conference to further your legal administrative knowledge, please complete the online application by close of business on Tuesday, April 30th.
