Small Firm Management
The purpose of this educational section is to provide the means by which administrators of small firms (those with 35 or fewer attorneys) can share information about law firm management in order to help enhance the job performance of the members.
The main vehicle for these exchanges takes place at monthly meetings. The goal of these meetings is to foster friendly, informal discussions that allow a free-flow of ideas and information among the attendees. Monthly meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at 12:30 PM and are hosted at various members' law firms throughout the DC area. Guest speakers with specialized areas of expertise are often invited to update members on new laws, regulations, and procedures.
